​​Bestselling author and speaker Randy Alcorn will join us on the next Chris Fabry Live. In March, Randy’s wife Nanci passed away after a four year struggle with cancer. Randy is known for his book Heaven, so we’ll talk about what Nanci is experiencing now and his journey of grief and loss. Before starting Eternal Perspective Ministries (EPM) in 1990, Randy Alcorn served as a pastor for fourteen years. A New York Times bestselling author, Randy has written over fifty books, including Happiness, Heaven, The Treasure Principle, and the Gold Medallion winner Safely Home. He has written for many magazines including EPM’s issues-oriented Eternal Perspectives as well as for The Gospel Coalition and Desiring God Ministries. He blogs, is active daily on Facebook and Twitter, and has been a guest on more than 700 radio, television and online programs including Focus on the Family, FamilyLife Today, and Revive Our Hearts. Randy resides in Gresham, Oregon. He and his wife Nanci (who is now with Jesus) have two married daughters and five grandsons. Randy enjoys hanging out with his family, biking, underwater photography, research, listening to audiobooks, and reading.
