Greg Wheatley

Greg Wheatley's career in music and broadcasting spans more than four decades. He served as Guest Lecturer in Music Theory at Wheaton College Conservatory for more than 20 years, and also taught at Moody Bible Institute and Concordia University. From 1997 to 2021, Greg directed the Glen Ellyn-Wheaton Chorale, a community chorus based in the suburbs of Chicago. During part of that time, he also served as Music Director at New Covenant Church in Naperville (Ill.). Greg's career in broadcasting ultimately took him to Moody Radio, where during his 22 year tenure, he was heard on a number of programs including Mornings with Greg and Chris, Prime Time America, Inside Look, and Sound of Majesty. One of Greg's passions is helping people understand and love great music, especially music of the church. Greg holds a Bachelor's degree in music from Spring Arbor College, and a Master's degree in music theory from Michigan State University. Greg and his wife, Jennifer, have three adult children and five grandchildren. They make their home in Durham, N.C.

Phil Shappard

Phil Shappard served at Moody Bible Institute as Moody Radio's National Operations Manager before retiring at the beginning of 2020. Starting as a part-time announcer at Moody's station WDLM in 1981, he came to Chicago in 1983 and joined the Moody Radio Network staff full-time in 1984. He studied at Toccoa Falls College and later graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from Elmhurst University in Elmhurst, Ill. Phil and his wife, Nora, have three grown children and nine grandchildren and make their home in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Mark Elfstrand

Mark Elfstrand devoted 40 years of his life to working on live radio. He was heard on stations in Northern California, Dallas, Pittsburgh, and Chicago, including 14-1/2 years as host and Executive Producer on The Morning Ride at Moody Radio Chicago. (He helped launch two city-wide ministry efforts including the Chicago Executive Forum.) Along with occasional speaking engagements, he now serves as a Cultural Affairs Writer for the Illinois Family Institute. Mark is married to Rhonda, residing in Plainfield, Ill. They have three children and six grandchildren.

Diana Berryman

Diana Berryman

Diana Berryman is a seasoned and awarded Chicago radio veteran, with decades behind the mic. She is currently the Senior Producer for Karl and Crew, plus traffic, weather, and sports reporter. Diana is a graduate of the University of Evansville, and was blessed to study in England. She is also the host of the feature, Let's Di'alogue, and a host on Moody Radio's Praise & Worship Channel. Diana is an advocate for orphan care and foster parenting, and her passions include missions in South America, the Chicago Cubs, and her Greek heritage. During her free time, Diana enjoys theater, dance, and time with her family.

Brian Dahlen

Brian Dahlen is a broadcaster, podcaster, and educator who deeply loves the Lord Jesus. He has worked in radio for almost 20 years in Cleveland, Chicago, and Minneapolis. Most recently, he hosted "Mornings with Brian" on WCRF in Cleveland, Ohio. You can also hear Brian on The Third Place podcast, the Stages of the Soul podcast, and the Bible teaching program A Better Word with Dr. Nick Gatzke. He's also the creator and host of the popular podcast series The Grandfather Effect.

Outside of radio, he's the co-founder of Stained Glass Media, a company specializing in podcast production and promotion. Brian also spent several years as an Adjunct Professor at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, and taught social studies in a public high school in the Minneapolis area for six years. Brian and his wife Sara live in rural Northeast Ohio with their five children, two dogs, two goats, and a donkey.

Kurt Goff

Kurt Goff is a broadcasting veteran with over three decades of experience in Christian talk and music radio, television news, and live event hosting. He previously served as morning show cohost of Kurt and Kate Mornings, as well as host of Kurt Goff Live. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University and has a passion for connecting people to God. He and his wife, Liz, have two sons.
