How can we approach disagreement in a loving way? Author Mike discusses his new book Grace in the Gray: A More Loving Way to Disagree. Mike Donehey Is amazed by the love of God. He is also the author of the book Finding God’s Life for My Will and sings in the boisterous and enthusiastic pop band, Tenth Avenue North. He loves his wife and four daughters. He currently lives in Nashville Tennessee.

Hour 3: Health, Hope & Inspiration

Author Ben Connelly gives us insight into his book Reading the Bible, Missing the Gospel: Recovering from (Shockingly Common) Ways We Get the Bible Wrong in Our Everyday Lives.  Ben Connelly is a pastor, author, equipper, and occasional professor. He is honored to serve everyday disciples, ministry leaders, and church planters across the world through The Equipping Group, and to help lead Salt+Light Community and Plant Fort Worth in Fort Worth, TX. Ben has written/contributed to several books, workbooks, articles, and publications, has overseen church planting efforts for multiple organizations, and has also taught university and seminary classes. He and Jess have three children and at times, host short-term foster kids too.

Percy Wilson McCray Jr. provides encouragement for individuals who are walking the cancer journey. Rev. McCray Jr. has spent more than 20 years ministering to cancer patients and their caregivers at Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA). He recognizes cancer care ministry as a special calling from God and considers faith a key, but often overlooked, component of cancer treatment. He now serves as the Director of Faith-Based Programs at CTCA® and provides leadership to the pastoral care staff at all five CTCA hospitals. In addition, Rev. McCray oversees Our Journey of Hope®, a nationwide cancer care ministry training, and support program. An ordained minister, Rev. McCray is a member of the U.S. Chaplain Association. He is also the co-host of the award-winning podcast, Health, Hope & Inspiration.
